Tutorial:
You put the ROM on your flashcart and send these pokemon to another DS.
Basicaly it works ONLY with 2 DS consoles. So you need a friend with an R4 if
you have the real game. if you have an R4, your friend may have a real R4 or the original game.
Gamestop had these events,when you got in their store you could download a Mystery Gift through the Wireless (not Wi-Fi WFC,just Wireless transfer) connection. Actualy,these "transmissions/transfers" were actualy putt on a cart (rom) that was running on these Wireless "servers" in their stores. Hence the ROM.
"if you have acekard2i, you don't need this. just install the "akaio 1.8.1" on your flashcard. it's pre loaded with latest cheat codes for Pokemon Platinum/DP/HG/SS version. just enable the cheat codes: 'encounter shiny pokemon' and 'random pokemon encounter'. you could meet random pokemon at the grass at the start of the game at lower level (even the legendaries!!!) and they are all shiny!!! i tried it and it's funny. the moment i step on the grass i met a level 2 rayquaza and level 2 raikou and latias... and it's shiny... (lol) oh by the way, you have to enable the cheat '100% catch pokeball' so you can catch 'em all... =)"
But these are event Pokemon. Also, they are used to unlock things in Black/White. So those codes would be utterly useless. Plus the pokemon from this are legit, just pirated.
