INSTRUCTIONS:
- You put the ROM on your flashcart and send these Pokemon to another DS. Basically it works ONLY with 2 DS consoles. So you need a friend with an R4 if you have the real game. if you have an R4, your friend may have a real R4 or the original game.
- Gamestop had these events,when you got in their store you could download a Mystery Gift through the Wireless (not Wi-Fi WFC,just Wireless transfer) connection. Actually, these "transmissions/transfers" were actually putt on a cart (ROM) that was running on these Wireless "servers" in their stores. Hence the ROM.
